ACTION TAKEN

1.Hard reset but no luck
2.Wipe using wipe rom. wipe complete but after reboot still stuck in torque logo..
3.Need to flash

1.Download This Firmware.A13_SIN_I-NET_86VS_VER1.0 - Download - 4shared
2.Open phoenixSuit or livesuit and load Firmware.
3.Press volume down
4.Connect micro usb and press power switch 6x.
5.Wait until Done..
