Additional Steps After following the Tutorial Above:
1. Reboot Phone... (Launcher will work not unless you reboot)
2. Hold "<" button for 2 seconds you should see "Complete action using"... at this point, select "Google Search Launcher"
3. That's it
You can switch back to the original launcher anytime you want... (but why would you???)
